Before service
Keep the affected area reasonably accessible where safe to do so. Do not attempt to open walls, dismantle plumbing, or perform unsafe work simply to prepare for an inquiry.
Existing damage
Water damage, corrosion, failed seals, old materials, or concealed conditions may affect the work required. Plumbing service does not automatically include repair of unrelated property damage.
